Here is an EXCELLENT how-to on making gluten free pizza that actually tastes very good!  There are a lot of recipes that try to imitate bread and fail.  This one doesn’t.  It has found a revolutionary new method of food conveyance… cauliflower!

For this recipe you will need a nut bag strainer or cheese cloth to drain all the water from the cauliflower.  I did not listen to the directions the first time and did not drain my cauliflower well enough so I ended up making more of a pizza ‘casserole’.  But the second time around- I had real slices of pizza in my hands.  It was fun and it tastes really good!
